On March 27, the Sri Lankan Central Bank stated that the Sri Lankan Rupee had maintained its stability against the US dollar. The Sri Lankan rupee had strengthened and maintained a steady exchange rate following the approval of the IMF loan.
The current average buying price of 1 USD is Rs.314.82, while the selling price is Rs.332.58 based on the average currency quoted for Colombo for Telegraph transfers by Commercial banks.
