Business News: The Sri Lanka National Institute of Professional Counsellors (SLNIPC) offers free counselling services to members of the public, including those at the front line of the system to combat virus combat who are psychologically impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
“Because of this current COVID-19 epidemic many people’s mental wellbeing may be affected. These can be either minor or significant mental problems. It could be due to long-running family issues, or it could be due to concerns and confusion that have emerged because of the coronavirus, “said the SLNIPC. The institute said it will offer free therapy for people who need support at this time, whatever the issue.
Registered and trained counsellors will provide the services. Those who need help can contact the Institute under the following numbers: 0718699225 or 07773680930.
The institute also said it appreciated the steps taken by the president, all members of the health services and members of the armed forces to monitor COVID-19’s spread.
