Natalie Portman, an academy winner, is set to become the first Thor woman in the franchise’s fourth film,’ Thor: Love and Thunder.’
In her first two movies, Jane Foster was connected with the series. Deadline revealed that Taika Waititi, Director for the film, announced the same at San Diego’s Comic-Con Panel.
“This line of stories is unbelievable, full of emotion, love and thunder, and the first time that Thor presents females,” said Waititi.
Waititi described Thor’s destiny after’ Avengers: Endgame’ and said,’ He’s going for 7-11 and he could be in his socket, who understands.’ Actor Chris Hemsworth will be back as the Golden Asgardian Warrior who was thrown into the room at the end of’ Avengers: Endgame’ with the Guardian of the Galaxy.
Waititi’s return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe(MCU), according to The Hollywood Reporter, also means that he’s no longer working on the big-screen adaptation of the classic manga,’ Akira,’ Warner BRO. The film had before been scheduled to be released in 2021.
