Elections Commission receives 2,672 prez poll-related complaints

Over 500 election violations complaints received so far : EC

The Chairman of the National Election Commission, Mahinda Deshapriya, announced this morning that a total of 513 electoral violations have been received in respect of the upcoming presidential election. According to an announcement by the Chairman of the Commission, the Election Commission received 485 complaints in the period from 8 to 13 October about the violation of election laws, 12 complaints on the vote.
