Maximum Retail Price for eggs gazetted

Friday (20), the Consumer Affairs Authority issued an Extraordinary Gazette under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No 09 of 2003, setting the maximum retail price (MRP) for white and red eggs.

Starting from last Friday, white eggs are limited to Rs.44 and red eggs to Rs.46.
