The Colombo Stock Exchange‘s All-Share Price Index (ASPI) saw impressive gains, rising by 233.23 points to end the day at 8,718.15.

This is a 2.75 percent increase compared to the previous close.

Additionally, the S&P SL20 index also rose by 88.45 points, bringing it to 2,724.22 points, a 3.36 percent increase. The market turnover for today was recorded as Rs. 2.24 billion.
