After months of quarantine, SriLankan Airlines flight UL604 from Colombo was the first international flight to arrive in Victoria, Australia.
The SriLankan flight landed at 4.20 a.m. this morning, with passengers transported by bus to begin the two-week quarantine, as the state reinstated the hotel quarantine program after the 14th of February.
The passengers would be the first group in Victoria to be isolated.
More flights from Sri Lanka, Singapore, Doha, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai are expected to arrive today, with a total of 106 passengers.
