The Head of the National Spread Prevention Operations Center of COVID-19 (NOCPCO) and Army Commander General Shavendra Silva announced the isolation of two areas in the Modara Police Division.
St. Andrew’s Road, St. Andrew’s Upper and Lower Roads in Modara Police Division have been isolated from 5.00 am Tuesday (05).
Modara Police Division, Hulftsdorp West and East in Kaselwatte Police Division, Wanathamulla GN division in Borella Police Division and Demalawatta (Pitakotte) GN Division in Mirihana Police Division were released from isolation as of 5 am Monday.
Meanwhile, the Avissawella police area has been removed from isolation. The area has been cleared of isolation since yesterday (04) afternoon, Army Commander General Shavendra Silva said.
