Prime Minister Rajapaksa claimed that if development projects were not initiated at the appropriate time the public would have faced different difficulties.
The Prime Minister noted that in order to lead a comfortable life, the government will work to create a comfortable environment for the public.
The new Peliyagoda center, comprising 1,192 stalls, consists of various facilities, including a parking lot for 600 vehicles, restrooms, medical services, service providers, banks, restaurants and stores, Prime Minister Rajapaksa said.
