Business News Sri Lanka: The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC) will be conducting the Best Corporate Citizen Sustainability Awards 2020 (BCCS Awards), with a revised application format and also a revised evaluation process in order to appraise the sustainability of the corporate and the projects during the current pandemic.
The new focused areas of evaluations will be on emergency preparedness, resilience and stakeholder management during the pandemic and also contingency plans of the corporate. Guided by the Panel of Evaluators of BCCS Awards, the Chamber has taken a progressive step forward, to conduct the BCCS Awards for the year 2020 using a digital platform.
The Chamber continues its commitment to support and encourage businesses to prosper even during these trying times. The BCCS Awards will play a vital role in inspiring businesses and to uphold their morale. The awards are not just for large corporations, but are a holistic competition which encourages efforts of smaller enterprises as well.
