Local News: The Attorney General’s Department was cleared to resume work after it had been temporarily closed following a coronavirus scare last Monday (20).
The Director-General of Health Services has authorized the Department to resume its work while complying with all operational guidelines issued to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
According to the Coordinating Officer of the Attorney General, the authorization was followed by a request from the Attorney General seeking permission to resume work.
On Monday (April 20), the Attorney General’s Department decided to be temporarily shut down indefinitely after a female security officer attached to the department was identified as having direct contact with COVID-19 patients.
The Department has also reportedly been subjected to the Department’s necessary sterilization processes.
