Local News Update: Today morning (17) the Director-General of the Road Development Authority (RDA) said that traffic from Kandy to Colombo from near the Kelani Bridge will be limited to one lane.
This action will be taken as a result of construction work on one of the two lanes from Kandy to Colombo. Tomorrow, traffic will be reduced to one lane as a test of a traffic plan in coordination with the Sri Lankan Police.
To order to avoid inconvenience to the public, the traffic will be reduced to one lane for construction works from 19/12/2021 to 21.01.2020.
