Local News Update: Reports have been received that some people fraudulently claim to be familiar with President Gotabaya Rajapaksa or to be employed at the Presidential Secretariat to fool people.
The Presidential Secretariat has cautioned the general public about the incidents in which people have been defrauded by threatening, intimidating and promising different job opportunities.
The public is therefore advised not to fall prey to such fraudsters and take these people tough legal action against them.
