Development News from Sri Lanka: In an effort to raise awareness of Sri Lanka’s unique offerings as a travel destination with many worldwide endorsements, the Sri Lankan Tourism Promotion Bureau hosted a distinctive promotion at the IOI City Mall in Putrajaya, Malaysia, which is 1.5 million square ft.
Majintha Jayasinghe, the Acting High Commissioner for Malaysia, opened the event ceremonially.
The event took place in Malaysia in cooperation with the High Commission of Sri Lanka.
Many interested tourists who wanted to experience the culture and heritage of Sri Lanka, coupled with the multitude of possibilities that Sri Lanka had to offer as a travel destination, visited the Sri Lankan stall.
