The firm said in its Stock Exchange filing that LOLC Holdings PLC (LO LC) has sold 2 618,567,000 (62.35%) shares held at average prices in the business LOLC Finance PLC of Rs 3.40% per share.
Of those shares sold, LOLC Private Limited, Singapore, LOLC Group Company and LOLC Holdings PLC subsidiary (2.614.934.919 (62,26 percent) were acquired to account for Rs. 8.890.778.725. According to the bursar’s submission, no change is made in the entity’s control or any change is made to the last beneficial owner as a result of the selling of the shares. The transaction is intended to facilitate the internal restructure of LOLC Finance PLC holding.
