Teplitz, the U.S. Ambassador to Sri Lanka and the Maldive, said in her speech yesterday that “Each of us would do more to empower females around us by, in particular, overcoming unconscious preconceptions that prevent females from attaining this. The America Chamber of Trade in Sri Lanka held the second of their 2019” Modern Workplaces “series titled:” Experiencing female workers.

The meeting concentrated on a range of subjects including low labor force involvement by females in the world and Sri Lanka, organisations need to define sexually sound alternatives that provide possibilities for women and men, company cases for implementing inclusiveness measures, employer equality, appropriate legal aspects, and the creation of an ecosystem that promotes employees.
