The Crab Ministry is an exclusive fine seafood dining restaurant in the center of Colombo city. There’s crab, crab and more crab, as the name suggests. But that doesn’t mean that there’s a lack of variety as diners can choose from the signature lagoon crab prepared in one of four ways; chili crab, pepper crab, garlic or crab curry from Sri Lanka, and there’s also claypot prawn curry or chicken fried rice for those who like a change. The restaurant itself, together with experienced Chef Dharshan Munidasa, is a unique concept brought to light by the famous Sri Lankan cricketers Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene.
In addition, the other restaurant included in the offer, Next Innings is a sports lounge with a unique and unique atmosphere that features international sporting events. Also a brain child of Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene cricketers, it serves food that is quite different from what we have come to expect from such establishments. The menu is presented as a scorecard with the first innings made up of drinks and the second innings made up of food. The lounge also features the only ball-shaped cricket oven and the area’s cheapest beer. There are dumbbell-shaped table lamps and car board tables and referees will serve your orders in accordance with the theme.
